Yes. Construction, architecture and interior packages are sold independently and can be combined in any tier combination based on your budget.
What's excluded from the per-sq.ft rate?
Statutory approval fees, EB/water connection deposits, and any bespoke fixtures outside the specified brand list are billed separately and quoted up front.
Is the price fixed once I sign?
Yes — every package is offered as a fixed-price contract. The only variables are client-requested scope changes, which are quoted and approved before work begins.
